What favor should we go with?

Here are our top favor choices:
1. A galvanized tin (small) turned into a votive candle

My fiancee and I are starting to plan our wedding. We have picked a theme our invitations, pillow, server, candles etc. are going to be "Young Love." Our wedding is also going to me mobster-like themed the guys are wearing the pin-striped suits

If you are on a really tight budget, then forget the favors entirely. If you really feel you need to do something, then wrap up some Hershey Kisses or some mints in tulle and tie it with a silk ribbon.

I keep finding different favors i would love to do but i don't have to have twenty for people to choose from. At first i was looking at shot glasses and candles we love both and i thought that would be east to choose between for most people. then i found
