How do I replace 2-way paddle fan with chandelier?

In this case I have 7 wires, 3 black, 3 white and a copper ground coming out of the ceiling where a paddle fan with light was installed. There were two switches connected to the paddle fan. How can I connect these wires to install a chandelier with 2

Are the 2 switches in same location? Sounds like this may be also a junction box (which is legal for code) and may be branch for another device. Pull the switches out and see what color the wires are-sometimes a 14/2wg is pulled and the "hot"

Can you spray paint ceiling fan paddles?

The white paddles on my ceiling fan have worn down and the edges show dark. Can I spray paint them or something?

as it will make the blade thick and then it will not be able to cut the air around it properly asa result it will not give u enough performance
