I recently started a home theater installation company. I want to negotiate some kind a of deal with local relators i want to advertise my business with new home buyers in some manner (business card hand out or
I'm not a real estate agent myself, but we've dealt with several real estate agents and RE agencies over the years while in the process of buying 4 homes and selling two. I don't recall any of them ever promoting an outside business of any kind to us,

Start contacting your local real estate agents and see what their interest level would be. Perhaps you could ask them if you can hold a drawing for a free home theater system and get a entry box in their establishment. That can jump start a good relationship.
